- Operation
- The system accepts product stacks directly from the conveyor belt, presses and aligns them into precise stacks, and bands them optionally one to four times. If required, a pusher handles the separate ejection of delicate products. Edges, margins, and surfaces are protected.
- Thanks to the integrated PLC (programmable logic controller), the system can easily be integrated into existing production and packaging lines. Depending on the configuration, it takes over products from a non-stop feeder, stacks and aligns products, counts products, or receives data from an upstream system.
