A true all-rounder for banding a wide variety of products: from playing cards, raffle tickets, vouchers and other printed matter to pharmaceutical package inserts and folding cartons, as well as food trays and convenience products.

Operation
The system accepts product stacks directly from the conveyor belt, presses and aligns them into precise stacks, and bands them optionally one to four times. If required, a pusher handles the separate ejection of delicate products. Edges, margins and surfaces are protected.
Thanks to the integrated PLC (programmable logic controller), the system can easily be integrated into existing production and packaging lines. Depending on the configuration, it takes over products from a non-stop feeder, stacks and aligns products, counts products, or receives data from an upstream system.
